The Congress has approved most of the proposals in the Landskrona Congress on Oct. 27, 2023. The NWF Congress at the Rovaniemi Nordic Championships on Nov. 8, 2023, has decided on an Extraordinary Congress in the beginning of 2024. Topics to be discussed are eg. the NWF TCRR, the Athletes’ Commission Guidelines and elections, rotation of Youth and Junior Nordic Championships 2026-2030 and Member Representatives.
Once the NWF Extraordinary Congress date is decided, proposals must be turned in 40 days before the Congress. Proposals are to be sent to nordic.weightlifting@gmail.com.
